lilU LUliiUi U .Tho descendants of Colonel Alexander Dysart hold a pleasant reunion at tho Dysart homestead at Tipton August 2. Colonel Alexander Dysart came from the north of Ireland in 1 ?‘J3 and settled in Sinking Valley, thereafter making his home there and founding a family whieli has had a distinguished histoiy throughout this part of tho state. There are eighty-six of his descendants living, and of these thirty-eight were present at the Tipton reunion. Edward B. Dysart and Col. Alexander Dysart Morrow, and their sisters of Tipton were the entertainers. Among the defendants present were Miss Sarah Dysart Morrow, Misses Aim E. and Mary B. Morrow, and Mrs. Annie Dysart Conrad, of Tyroue. A number of those present have attained distinction fur more than state-wide, including William Dysart Holliday, general freight agent of the Wabash railroad ; D. H. Lovell, superintendent of the West Jersey Seashore railroad, and others. Members of the family were present from Altoona, Hollidays-burg and other places.
