Paris has vetoed it with the label of bad form. And London is becoming tired of it also.*A popular dancing master, whose pupils grace the polished floors of suburban public r halls, admits that the cake walk no longer holds a place inhis curriculum.‘ “They used to like it, and some of my young women became quite proficient For a little while I engaged a colored woman to come toimy class once a week to show how it should really be done.
