The Canadian Pacific Programme.The following telegram, dated Winnipeg, province of Manitoba, was sent In' the president of the Canadian PacificRailway company to its agents in theEast. The persons controlling this enterprise are substantially those who control the \ St. Paul, Minneapolis Manitoba railway:Have just returned from end of track. Everything flourishing. Crops all over this 'country and in Red River valley . splendid. Programme which we have adopted is as follows: We have decided to push construction of Pembina Mountain branch to a distance of 100 miles south of Winnipeg, 1 to locate the branch from Bran-1 don 60uth to Sauaris, thence westerly twenty-four miles from United States - boundary to 104 degrees longitude; a]so a L branch from twenty miles east of Brandon, crossing the* Little Saskatchewan, thence northerly between Fort Ellice and Riding mountain up the valley of the As-sinniboine to Duck mountains, thence westerly toward Touchwood hills: and a branch commencing near Forks Qu’Ap-1 pclle, ruuning northerly in the direction ’ of Battleford, thence northerly to Edmonton. The main line is located to Moose Jaw creek, four hundred miles wrest of Winnipeg, and the location to Fort Dalgarry in the Bow river w ill be ! completed this season. Road will be 1 completed to that point next year. Leav-* ing for St. Paul to-night.
