AN ORDINANCEFixing the Tax of the Bor ough of Noiessen for the Fiscal Year of 1905.Be it ordained mu* enacted hy (tie Borough of Motiesiwn in Council assemb* led and it is I ereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the mine.Section I, Tnat for the purpose of providing revenues for defraying tlie current expenses of said Borough, and also a certain portion of its bonded indebtedness lor the then) year of 1905 that there be laid a tax of eleven (11) mills on each and every dollar of the assessed valuation of all property in said Borough, taxable lor County purposes, to tie apportioned and applied as lot lows, to wit:For the payment of all current expense! including light and water oil Is, and all expenses for repairing streets, alleys, sewers and other cucient expense* incident to said Borough of Monessen, five and four-tenth lt;5.4) mills.For (be redemption of bonds and all interest accrued on said bonded iudebt* educes, authorised by the electors of said ftoiougli at special elections and other* wise, in accordance with the Acta of As* secnbly la eucb cases made and provided, to wit.'•The Special Sewer Fund, etc., Bonds’' § mill.“The Moor-seen Sewor System and street Improvement Bonds” three (3) uni If s.“Bond series number three, etc.’* two and two tenths (2 2) mills.Ordained and enacted in council this itlh day of July A.
