AN ORDINANCEFixing the Tax of the Bor ongb of Monessen for the Fiscal Tear of 1905.lie it ordained and enacted by Hie Borough of Mouefloeo in Council asseinb-ted and it io I ereby ordained and enacted by the authority of Hie mine.SKCriON I. Tliat for the purpose of providing revenue# for defraying the current expenses of said Borough, and atar a certain portion of ite bonded indebtedness for the ti-cid year of 1906 that there be laid a tax of eleven (11) mills on each and every dollar of the assessed valuation of alt property in eaid Borough, taxable for County purposes, to be apportionedand applied as follows, to wit:For Hie payment of all current expenses including light and water nil la, and all expenses for repairing streets, alleys, sewers and other current expense* incident to said Borough of Mouessen, five and four-tenth lt;5.4) mills.For the redemption of bonds and all interest accrued on taicl bonded iudebt* eduear, authorised by the electors of said Boiouyh at rpecia! elections and other* wise, in accordance with the Acta of As* secably in eucb cases made and provided, to wit.'•Tflie Special Sewer Fund, etc., Bend* $ mill.Tlio Mooeseen Sewor System and street Improvement Bonds throe (3) uni If s.Bond series number three, etc. two and two tenths {‘2 2) mills.Ordained and enacted in council thia iith day of inly A.
