(Josie) Wilson celebrated her 107th birthday Monday, August 2 at her home, 1507 Ridgepark Road.Sixty - eight relatives and friends came to extend birthday greetings. Mrs. Ada Hill, age 90, was the only membe of her immediate family present. Mrs. Edith Andrews, aged 0, a sister, of Little Rock and a brother J. Frank Marrs.aged 93, of Harrison were unable to attend.Mrs. Wilson was not able to be up all afternoon but wel corned her two neighbors, Mrs. Kate Davidson who was 92 August 2 and Will J. Moore whoThe First Methodist youth fellowship group accompanied by their pastor and y o u t h director, Mrs. Peggy Nabors, came in to sing “Happy Birthday” and to present her with a cake. They gave a short devotional of songs,scriptures and | a prayer. She made the remark to Rev. McCormack as to how she would love to be their age again. After all the experiences she has seen she says she would love to go back and live her life over.Springdale.Mrs. Wilson expressed thanks to all who helped make her day pleasant and for her lovely flowers, gifts, cards and especially Marc Williams and KHOZ for the kind words and songs dedicated to her.
