OLD STAGE STAND Above the Oln Stage Stand near Menard as it appear^ in the late eighties Pack in the days when the West was voting. Menard was on the old stage coach route between San Antoni.* and El Paso, a distance of some 700 miles. The old stage station pictured above was situated on the V T Nee! r inch, on the Ft McKavett road Noah Rose made the above photograph and informed a correspondent that Monroe Kellv. a cousin of his from Bartlett, was bom in the old station in 1871.
