Both mother and daughter were married from their homes by the same pastor. The officiating clergyman was Rev. J. H. F. Parkins. Mrs. Pierce was married the day of her parents’ silver-wedding a n n i v r» rsa ry.Reverend Parkins was pastor at the Jacksonville M. E. Church when Mr. and Mrs. Hartley were married and was at a charge in Mercerville when Mr. and Mrs. Pierce were married.Children of Mr. and Mrs. Hartley, besides Mrs. Pierce, are: Mr. j Walter R.
