Mr. and Mrs. Frank WegrzynOpen House PlannedTo HonorMr. and Mrs. Frank Wegrzyn of Steger will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house on May 7 at St. Liborius church hall in StegerThe couple are asking all their friends and relatives to attend the open house which will begin after a 1 pm mass at St. Liborius church No invitations will be sent. The open house is expected to last until 5 p.m.St. Joseph church in Chicago Heights was the setting for their marriage on May 9, 1928.The Wegrzyns are the parents of four and the grandpar-Wegrzynsents of 21. Their children are Frank S. Wegrzyn of Lansing. Steven Wegrzyn of Chicago Heights. Joseph Wegrzyn of Chicago and Valerie Zoelner of Villa ParkBefore retirement. Wegrzyn was employed by Columbia Tool Steel company in Chicago Heights for 38 years and by Community stores. Chicago Heights, for five years.Wegrzyn is a member of the Steger Kiwanis and helped to organize the Over 50 club of Steger for senior citizens of which both he and his w ife are members.
