Eugene Bassett, who was called to Wisconsin by the death of his mother at Hancock, har. returned to his home at Austin, Minn., after a brief visit with his son, Edw. Bassett and family on Oak street.-o-Mrs. Edith Lynn Saecker, who has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Lynn of Washingtonavenue, for a few days, loft this noonfor Marshfield enroute to her home at Wausau.-o-Mrs. John Chaffee and daughter, Sirs. George LaBarr of Austin, Minn.,■ were guests at the Edw, Bassett home . on Oak 3treet a few days this week. ,The ladies are aunt and cousin ofMr. Bassett.
