As usual, it was the local artistswho caught the fancy of this writer. We never cease9 to marvel at the good work these amateur painters turn out in their leisure time. This year, only new paintings were hung at the show and we wish to commend: Lois Bowman, Lois Brown, Morris Buck, Elsie Crundwell, Helen Ives, Ho/pe McCain, Rubra McQueen. Margaret Obear, Gladys Pearson, James Peter, Georgia Quinn, Enid Trent Rule, Jerry Seese (age 9%), Betty Smith, Herb Smith, Mildred Smith, Virginia Smith, Willia Bowen Stokes, Faye Wood, Robert Walker and Ann Van Natta for their efforts.
