CREOLE BIRTHDAYThe 109th anniversary of Creole Steam Fire Company No. 1 will be observed Monday night with a banquet at their hall, southwest Dearborn and St. Francis streets, at 8o'clock. • The Excelsior brass band will play. The arrangements are in the hands of the following committee: M. J. Wells, chairman;A. S. Perez, Theodore Parker, Ambrose Parker and Merlin Schusse.
