Elwood couple to hold open houseMr. and Mrs. Hotart S. Joyner of Elwood will celebrate their fortieth wedding anniversary, Sunday, May 1, at their home. Open house will be held from 2 to 5 o'clock.Mr. and Mrs. Joyner were married April 17, 1926, in Anderson and have lived all of their married lives in Elwood.Mrs. Joyner is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Wap-les of F rankton.Mr. Joyner was born inN.C., but reared near Summitvllle.The couple have one daughter, Mrs. Jimmy (Sandra) Jordan, and one granddaughter, Kelly Jo.Mrs. Joyner has one sister, Mrs. Hobert (Jo) Miller of Elwood. and two brothers, Charles Waples of Elwood and Herbert Waples of Anderson.Mr. Joyner has one sister, Mrs. Sarah Ice of Sheridan, and two brothers, Ed Joyner of Anderson and Hueston Joyner of Bell, Calif.Mrs. Joyner is the niece of Mrs. Jessie Morris of Kokomo.Friends, relatives and neighbors are invited to call during open house.The couple asks that gifts be omitted.JOLIE-PARIS FRENCH HANDMADEWIGThis wig is manufactured by the oldest and finest.L ... .1 IL. _
