He had retired Saturday evening In his usual health only feeling tired from the day's labor, and died about 1:30 o’clock. He was found by his wife who attempted to awaken him. He was born and raised in the immediate vicinity, following the trade of shoemaking for a livllhood. Deceased was f.7 years of age and survived by his wife and one son. Oscar, of Polo, IK.. and daughter, Mrs. E!mer Kessel-ring. of Williamsport: also two brothers. Samuel and George, and two sis-tors. Mrs. Sim' n Swope and Mrs. Daniel Bach tel. of ChewsvilJe. Funeral Wednesday morning at the Cavetown church. Rev. Horner conducting the services.
