John R. Cotton, 25, pleads guilty in City court to the charge of purse snatching, and is sent to the state farm for 90 days and fined $5. He was implicated in the robbery of Miss Hannah McKinney in September last. at Fourteenth and Locust Btreets. He had been out of the city since then and was arrested immediately upon his arrival here from Detroit.
