NEW LIBRARY ADDITION DEDICATED. Mayor Andrew W. Miller cut the ribbon at the entrance to the reading and reference room, Sunday afternoon officially dedicating the new addition to the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County. A number of city and county officials and guests witnessed the ceremony which also marked the opening of the observance ofNational Library Week.
