CHANGES IN PARKING VOTED BY ALDERMENCity aldermen this month approved several new motor ve-hical parking regulations.The first prohibits night parking in the business district on any street between Front and 7th and between Cass and Vine streets for more than 60 consecutive minutes between the hoursof midnight and 8 a.m.The second prohibits parking or leaving any motor vehicle on any improved streets within the city for a period longer than 24 hours.Aldermen also changed legislation which placed two-hour parking limits on East avenue from the south side of the Burlington tracks to Thompson street and Weston to Barlow streets to include the following:Two-hour parking on East avenue from Thompson street to the south side of the Burlington tracks, west side between Horton and Weston streets, east side from Towmsend to Weston streets and Weston to Barlow streets.
