She has been named Twylia Elaine. .Mr. Baumgartle is the agriculture teacher at the Burney school.Mr. and Mrs. David Artmeier, of Rushville, are the parents of a daughter bom April 15 at Rush Memorial hospital. The baby weighed seven pounds, six and one-half ounces and was named Jane Ann.
