CELEBRATES HERNINETY-SECOND BIRTHDAY.Monday, April 15, Mrs. Nancy Hughes, celebrated her ninety-second birthday anniversary by the relatives taking dinner with her*at the home ot Mrs. Jennie Pickens. Out of a family of twelve children—five boys and seven girls—she, and one sister living near Clayton, are all that are left. Grandma Hughes has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Jennie Pickens, in Augusta for the past twelve years, and in that time she has pieced and set together fifteen quilts, besides doing her own sewing and taking care of her own room, and at the age of ninety-two is hearty and appears as though she might be spared to enjoy many more anniversaries.—Augusta Eagle.
