Golden AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. Arthur Hogg of Colp will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary May 2 with an open house at their home. Friends and relatives are invited from 1 to 5 p.m. The couple was married May 1, 1915, in Colp. She is the former Kate Gooden of Rt. 1, Carterville. Hogg is aretired coal miner, last working at Zeigler 3. Their children are Johnnie Hogg and Mrs. Wade Rowatt of Colp, Flcyd Hogg of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Charles Foster of Kincaid. They have 11 grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.(Hood)4
