Lee Filchett, director of adult education who has also been in the agricultureI program and who is going to fulltime in adult education, told the board that the three agriculture instructors are overloaded with work. 'The Quality of the program Is going down. If we don’t do something. Fitchett said Carl Humphrey, who directsthe vocational agriculture programs of the State Department of Education. and another representative of the department were at the school yesterday and recommended expansion of the program. Dr James Eden, superintendent of schools, indicated Evalaatlon Recommendation The North Central Association evaluation team which spent several days studying the Chillicothe Junior and senior highs and area vocational program, recommended immediate attention to more fully serving vocational agriculture students In the area.
