ELLICE.Councillor Siple entertained theof the Ellice council to an oyster supper, at Fort Ellice, on Fri d*y last, his generosity was fully appreciated by ail present and the membra ihat were not present missed a treat. Mr?*. Siple is also deserving of praise for tin* splendid style in which the oysteis were s rved. After spend trig a very enj yable afternoon, thecompany dispersed to their homes feeling highly elated by the entertainment and wishing Councillor Siple and his estimable lady a long, prospeious andhappy life.
