ZanerCelebrate AnniversaryMr and Mrs Christopher Eugene 7aner of Oxford entertained Sunday afternoon with a delightful reception in celebration of their golden wedding anniversary'.lt;lt;The pretty affair took place greeted at the door by Mrs. Nell the house decorated throughout j with a profusion of yellow flowers in attractive arrangements.Receiving with the hosts on; this occasion were their children. Mrs. Fred Save of Rome. Ga , Mrs J G. Wurtz of lxs Angeles, Ivy Zaner of Gadsden and Mrs .1 Walton Hemphill of AnnistonIn the reception hall, where yellow tulips were seen, the guest book table featured an epergne of yellow roses and in 1the living room yellow gladioli 1 and specimen yellow chrysan- 1themums were beautifully arranged.In the dining room the cake table was covered with a yellow satin cloth which was marked around the table edge with a full net ruffle caught at intervals with miniature nosegays of yellow roses and valley lilies The tiered wedding cake was artistically decorated with yellow roses, orchids and valley lilies, and topped with wedding hells. Supporting the cake on either side were crystal candelabra tied with nosegays of rosebuds and holding burning tapers During the afternoon the cake was cut hv Mrs Otto Wilkins. Mrs William E. Curl and Mrs. Hunt Cleveland.The punch table, covered with a matching cloth, was presidedover hv Mrs lt;Eugene Wilson, Mrs. Floyd Bagloy and Mrs Leonard Vaughn.Others assisting the hostess Inentertaining during the affair were Mrs Henry Coleman, Mrs T.
