[am‘u1 Resident Sells MotelA Fairborn resident has announced the sale of the TecumsehTepee motel at Oldtown to aShreveport, 111. couple.Myron Ehrhart, 105 Greene st., sold the motel to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Harris who will take over operation May 15. Ehrhart established the business*in May of 1950 and has been operating it since that time.The new owners now operate a restaurant in connection with the Sennett hotel in Shreveport. Themotel is situated on the site ofthe former Oldtown school which was purchased by Ehrhart when the Xenia township board of education disposed of the one and two-room schools in the township.The unit includes 17 motel rooms, one apartment and an office. After the new owners take over in May, Ehrhart plans to assist his sons, Ray and John, in operation of sporting goods stores here and in Xenia.
