In whichcapacity ho served for two terms. In 1901 he wan electpd to tho county Judgeship which he stillholds. Ho la a member of Hie Masonic order, nnd was a charter member and first president of tin-local Englo organization. Ho Is also a member of tho Bohemian benevolent lodge.Tho Judge’s hobby Is gardening.
