'SURPRISE PARTYMany relatives and friends recently gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Knesek Sr. for a surprise party, honoring Mr. Knesek on his 70th birthday anniversary.Out-of-town guests mduded Mr. and Mrs. John Marz a.,a sons, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stary and family, Shiner; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Knesek and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. John Schacheri and family, Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Huff, Corpus Christi; Mr. and Mrs. Ad. Rebecek and daughter,Flatonia. Relatives and friends from Moulton also were present.After a sumptous supper was served, domino games were played. Later a delicious lunch of sandwiches, cakes, pies, ko-laches, coffee and soda-pop was served. A beautiful three-tierbirthday cake with 70 tiny candles on it adorned the table.At a late hour all departed wishing Mr. Knesek continued good health.
