Anita presently works as a real estate agent in the Winnipeg area.Anita and her husband Craig, who is originally from Gimli, are the owners of the Gimli pub and eatery The Grinder, which opened its doors on Centre Street in July 2011. Prior to that, Turner had been the owner/manager of the Loka restaurant that waslocated in the former Shoreliner Motel.Turner is also owner of two clothing stores in Winnipeg that are, not coincidentally. called Loka.
