Wilma Lou BiceWilma Lou Bice, 52, 613 E. Fifth, died Wednesday, April 3, 1996, at the Hays Medical Center, St. Anthony Campus.She was bornJuly 18, 1943, inHays to William and Leona (Sites)Bice. She was a 1962 graduate of Stockton High School.She had lived in Hays for 34 years,moving from Stockton. She worked at Gibson’s in Hays, for eight years, was a day care provider lor a while, and worked at Wal-Mart for 11 years, until May 1995.Survivors include a brother, Mer-wyn Bice, Lowell, Mich.; a sister, Opal Baxter, Stockton; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents.Services are at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cline's Mortuary, 22nd and Canterbury, with the Rev. Margaret Welton officiating; burial in the Fort Hays Memorial Garden Cemetery.Visitation is from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Cancer Council of Ellis County or to the Hays Medical Center Oncology Unit.
