Webb City.To Fraternity Meeting.Marion Dial, principal of Lincoln high school, and Gandy Smith, a faculty member, will leave today for Oklahoma City, where they will attend a meeting of the Kappa Alpha Fsl, national fraternity for professional Negro men. Dial is pole march (president) of the Pittsburg alumni chapter. The two men will be accompanied by Mrs. Dial and Bernice Bassett, and Thelma Meeks, faculty members of Lincoln school. The group will remain over the Easter holidays.
