Ackley, Ieputy for Scott county, acting as Master. Thirty* elsrht names of charter members were cn* roiled, ant! the sum of $70 was received by the Treasurer. The Master-elect being: ah. sent, an election was: ordered to fill the vacancy, resulting in the choice of GarrettDonaldson for Master, and of D. S. Hawley for Overseer.
