Concordia HospitalConcordia Hospital is pleased to announce the opening of a new 26 bed unit this spring. This unit wii! be comprised of a 14 bed Orthopedic Post Acute Surgical Unit, the first of its kind in Winnipeg, and a 12 bed Rehabilitation Unit for patients requiring intermediate rehabilitation.We require the following staffing for this unit• Clinical Resource Nurse• Registered Nurses * F/T, P/T, for day/evening/night• Allied Health - PfT Respiratory Therapist- Physiotherapists - F/T* P/T and weekends only- Occupational Therapists - F/T, P/T and weekends only- Social WorkerExperience in Rehabilitation Preferred.CONCORDIA PLACERequires a Full-time Recreation Program Planner to coordinate various aspects of Recreation services plus programs, to ensure efficiency within the department, and to plan and provide general recreational group programs.Qualifications:• Degree in Recreational Studies or graduate of Recreational Facilitator Certificate Program for older adults from RRCC Program.• Three years of related experience in a Long Term Care setting.• Computer skills.• Strong organizational skills.Interested applicants should apply in writing on or before April 3rd to:HUMAN RESOURCESCONCORDIA HOSPITAL 1095 Concordia Ave.Winnipeg, Man.
