ALADDIN OPENS — With a flourish of ceremonial ribbon culling at midnight yesterday. Milton Prell's Aladdin Hotel opened for public pleasure. Assisting Mr. and Mrs. Prell in the ribbon cutting were, left toright. County Commission Chairman Rill Briare. Mrs. Prell. Mayor Oran Gragson. Prell and l as Vegas SUN publisher Hank Greenspun.
