Resolution has been forwarded to the naval service department from Victoria asking that the British Columbia naval Volunteer Force be increased to the Resolution suggests that Only should Canada Send soldiers to the front but should undertake so far As possible to Supply part of the wastage in the naval service in England. The naval Volunteer service was commenced last Spring and already Over 200 recruits Are serving on the Niobe and Rainbow while a Large number Are at the various Garrison and inspection Points.
