Stir into soup potatoes Salt Pepper and Broth mix simmer 20 min utes. Add Chicken meat carrots and peas simmer five minutes. Serve in heated soup bowls. Yield six to eight Servings. Quick minestrone 4 beef Bouillon cubes 5 cups boiling water cup chopped onion 1 pared Clove garlic 1 strip Side Bacon diced cup minced cooked Ham cup chopped fresh Tomato cup diced pared Carrot cup sliced celery 1 cup diced pared potato cup cooked Navy Beans i cup raw Elbow Macaroni i cup shredded raw spinach 1 Teaspoon Salt Teaspoon Black Pepper cup grated Parmesan cheese dissolve Bouillon cubes in Vater in soup pot. Saute onion and garlic with Bacon and Ham 11 Small Skillet. Pour off fat do to Bouillon with Tomato a r r o to celery potato and cans. Simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables tender. Add Macaroni and spinach with sea Conings. Simmer 10 to 15 min Tes longer or until Macaroni Ender. Serve in heated soup owls sprinkled with cheese held six Servings. Boiling water gradually add to reduce heat to simmer Sim onion mixture.
