COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
We have an immediate opportunity for a Commercial
Property Manager to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate is a team orientated individual with the ability
to communicate effectively and develop cooperative
working relations with management, co- workers,
owners, clients, tenants, and has previous experience
in the property management industry. Must have an
understanding of commercial leases, knowledge of
building systems, maintenance, budgets, financial
statements and accounting. Ability to handle multiple
demands and effectively multi- task, managing a mixed
portfolio of commercial properties. Vehicle is required.
