Sergeant Lehman is a Squadron detachment operations manager for 25 detachments of the 3785th few he is responsible for managing support of maintenance training on the b-1b, b-52, Kc-10, Kc/rc-135 aircraft and is eligible to enrol in has a degree in aircraft maintenance technology through Craf and is enrolled in the first sergeant course by correspondence.
