Mead 22, of Westfield was charged by police with defiant trespass. Mead allegedly attempted to enter the residence in an at tempt to terrorize the owner or occupant in an incident on May 11. Zachary Robert Gardner 26, of Lawrenceville was charged by police with Bur Glary person present Crimi Nal trespass and harassment. Gardner allegedly entered a trailer in Lawrence town ship and struck the victim multiple times. Tobacco violation Joseph a. Robbins 18, of Lawrenceville was charged by the Northern Tioga school District for violation of the District use of tobacco in schools policy. Robbins allegedly was in Possession of cigarettes while at the Williamson High school on april 30. Robbins faces fines and costs of $204. Graham 23, of Lindley n.y., was injured. Buck was charged with driving on roadways land for traffic. Police said Kip l. Van Pelt 33, of Coudersport was travelling East on route 6 in Richmond township at 2 56 On May 12. He reportedly fell asleep and the 2002 Volkswagen drifted across the fog line and onto the berm where it impacted a Utility pole. Vanpelt received a minor injury but the vehicle was disabled. He was charged with driving under the influence. Harassment three people were charged in a Lawrenceville fight. On april 27 at approximately 6 15 ., Sarah Hudson 25, Ricky Sher Man 32, and Alta Sherman 54, All of Lawrenceville engaged in a physical altercation. All were charged with harassment. Carey Lynn Wood 41, of Millerton was charged with harassment. On May 11 at 3 53 ., Wood reportedly struck a juvenile during a struggle Over a cell phone. Possession police Are investigating a report of Possession of a controlled substance. A male reportedly had prescription drugs in a vehicle on Howard Road Hector township at 6 . May 14. The suspect had not been prescribed this medication said police. The following individuals were sentenced May 11-18 in the Tioga county court of common pleas pay restitution Thomas j. Ray 52, Wells Boro pleaded guilty May 18 in seven cases and was sentenced to a total of 4-15 years in prison. He must also pay $332,657 restitution to Vari Ous victims. He pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of a controlled substance with intention to deliver. He delivered 10 of Codone pills to a confidential informant in Wellsboro on aug. 13, 2012, and 15 Hydro Codone pills to an undercover state police officer july 8, 2014, in Rich mond township. He pleaded guilty to two counts of bad checks for passing $3,092.15 in bad checks 2013-14. He pleaded guilty to one count of burglary and one count of theft admitting he entered John Terryss Home in Middlebury Center twice in 2013, stealing $330,525. He must return the amount to Terry. He also pleaded guilty to one count of criminal solicitation after he met with an undercover state police officer in Richmond township in 2014 to plan another Bur Glary at Terryss House. Terry and Ray Are scheduled for trial in Federal court july 6 on charges of health care fraud and Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Sentenced Courtney to Marbaker 25, Tioga having pleaded guilty to two counts of theft and one count of receiving stolen property her Previ Ous sentences of probation revoked was sentenced to 18-48 months in prison court costs and $289.99 restitution. She was Given credit for 175 Days served. In one Case she stole multiple checks and cashed one for $150 at citizens & Northern Bank Coudersport in 2011. In a second Case she stole an card and pin in Blossburg. Kristina Hopper 43, Tioga having pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property was sentenced to 18 months probation court costs 30 hours Community service a $50 Fine and $140 restitution. She took a Wallet at Acorn Market Lawrence town ship on aug. 24, 2014. Tylor Shawn Rumsey 21, Blossburg having pleaded guilty to Access device fraud was sentenced to 12 months probation court costs 30 hours Community service and a $100 Fine. He used a first citizens Community Bank card to obtain $260 without permission dec. 15, 2014, in Wellsboro. Wesley John Lucas 60, Elkland having pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct was sentenced to 45 Days to 12 months at Tioga county prison a $250 Fine court costs and 30 hours Community service. He dam aged furniture in an Elkland Home while intoxicated nov. 24, 2014. Mario Montez Hentz 36, Lockport n.y., having pleaded guilty to dui his second dui in 10 years was sentenced to 30 Days at Tioga county prison 12 months Driver License suspension a $750 Fine court costs and 30 hours Community service. He drove with .129 percent Bac in Jackson township on March 17, 2013. Probation Aaron r. Shepherd 32, Dundee n.y., having pleaded guilty to fleeing attempting to elude police was sentenced to 18 months probation a $500 Fine court costs 30 hours of Community service and letter of apology to police. He fled from police reaching speeds of 80-90 Mph on route 15, Mansfield on june 3, 2014. She allegedly drove with .300 percent Bac on nov. 11, 2014, in Osceola. Dale Alan Randise 66, Blossburg 12 months pro Bation 60-Day License sus pension. He allegedly drove with .285 percent Bac in Blossburg on oct. 24, 2014. Joseph Alexander vis Man jr., 30, Wellsboro 12 months probation 60-Day License suspension. He Alleg edly drove with .184 percent Bac in Wellsboro on Jan. 10. Dennis Duane Garris 32, Mansfield 12 months Proba Tion 60-Day License suspension. He allegedly drove with 0.175 percent Bac july 26, 2014, in Mansfield.
