facing multiple charges each for allegedly getting two teenage girls drunk and having sex with them this past summer Michael Holt Jr 23 of 401 E Central Ave and Christopher A Roydes 19 of State Highway 77 Saegertown allegedly furnished alcohol to two girls ages 13 and 15 and engaged in sexual relations with them at Holts residence Both men waived their right to a prelimi nary hearing on Wednesday before Titusville District Justice Amy Nicols Holt and Roydes were recommited on Wednesay to the Crawford County Jail in Saegertown Holt in lieu of bond and Roydes in lieu of bond In connection with the 13yearold Holt faces felonoy charges of one count each of statutory sexual assault and aggravated inde cent assault and misdemeanor charges of four counts of indecent assault two counts of cor ruption of minors and three counts of selling or furnishing liquor to minors In connection with the 15yearold Roydes faces misdemeanor charges of two counts each of indecent assault corruption of minors and selling or furnishing alcohol to minors and one summary count of underage drinking HOSPITAL NOTES Accident under investigation CHERRYTREE TOWNSHIP Venango County State police at Franklin investigat ed a twovehicle accident Thursday afternoon along SR 8 near the intersection with SR 417 in the construction zone Troopers said that Lorin Degroat 39 Titusville was coming to a stop for a flagman in the construction site when Clarence Kolacek 77 Titusville failed to slow in time to avoid impacting with the rear of the Degroat vehicle Troopers said that charges are pending further investigation Stolen items valued at DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP Warren County Warrenbased state police investigated a burglary earlier this week along the west side of Ross Hill approximately
