This was not a random act Syracuse police chief Frank Fowler said Friday of the shooting of David Stiner in the 2800 Block of James Street. Michael Walker 42, of Binghamton one of the suspects in the Case was arrested thursday and charged with second degree murder and first degree attempted robbery. Walker is a convicted Felon Fowler said. Walker is not the person who actually shot the victim according to a criminal complaint. Walker was arraigned Friday and a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. Police Are still looking for the second suspect. We know who he is but we dont know where he is Fowler said. As the suspects fled the scene they discarded items of clothing. Police recovered those items and Dan was extracted from the clothing. Walker was identified from this Dan Fowler said.
