Radzak is survived by three daughters Marcia Clebock Hermantown Minn., Debra Hedlund and Shirlee Dynneson both of Carlton three sons Ronald and Paul both of Willow River Minn., and Robert of Peoria Ariz. One sister Sophie Bennett Tyler Texas a brother Walter Rura Joliet 17 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Florence Zylstra former Chicago resident Florence Zylstra died wednesday at rest Haven Central nursing Home South Holland. Services were yesterday at the Milton bos funeral Home South Holland. Burial was at mount Greenwood cemetery Chicago. Born May 15, 1898, in Chicago mrs. Zylstra is survived by her son John two Sisters Gladys of Dell and Leona Denman five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The court reversing Williams conviction by a Cook county circuit court jury cited a unique circumstances for its decision a specifically the disbarment last month of Williams attorney Archie Benjamin Weston of Chicago. The High court noted it had been a a unaware of information about Weston a conduct in earlier appeals by Williams which both the state supreme court and the Illinois appellate court had denied. That information included charges that Weston in a separate Case neglected his responsibilities As the administrator of an estate commingled and converted estate assets and failed to follow orders of the probate court.
