The following is the act recently passed our legislature regulating the Mode of elections soldiers in actual military ser it enacted in the sen and House of representatives of the if i Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Ingen and we Are prepared to y reason of the payment to him of local Bounty such other locality. 2.
