No. 34 working Force increased at Quaker state Farmers Valley refinery is ready for View Era code increased Force of thirty five men is now employed at the big Farmers Valley refinery of the Quaker state Oil refining corporation preparation for operation of the nearby Plant under the provisions of the Era code for the Oil Industry. The men Are being trained various phases of the operation of the refinery. It is said that extra shift will be added the first week september when the code goes into effect. It is reported that there will be four six hour shifts per Day instead of three eight hour periods of duty for the workmen. Refinery officials have not yet announced How Many additional men will be employed when the reduced working hours go into effect. The refinery office Force is Little effected by the new code.
