in Sioux Center this Twenty of the units will be located on a 10acre site immediately East of new Homestead on the North Side of Meadow drive and will match the 40 Brick units now in service at new All will be of 1bedroom size and will be equipped with refrigerators and Kitchen this is the located immediately East of new Homestead background on the North Side of Meadow where the new Lawrent housing units for the elderly will be constructed this the units will be of Brick and the same architectural design As the 40 units now in service at new Homestead will be on bedroom units and equipped with refrigerators and the other 20 units will be residential dwellings for Low income families of All Ages and will be scattered throughout the City on lots on which the Sioux Center Lawrent housing Agency has taken of six of the Homes will be of 2bedroom 12 will be of 3 bedroom and two will be 4bedroom some will be split level in bids on the 40 units were opened at the new Homestead
