Under the new program pre cadets taking their Basic training at Sheppard Field and other Basic training centers will now undergo the aviation Cadet psychological aptitude tests at these Fields. The results of the tests which include a one hour psycho motor test and a seven hour written psychological aptitude examination will determine whether the tested will enter Cadet training As a Bombardier navigator or Pilot or whether he is to be eliminated for Lack of sufficient aptitude for air Crew training.
