judge Jim Sagebiel said Friday that he had received a letter from Frank h Jones vice president of Abc ban san Antonio regard ing acceptance of the county prop Osal and asking for a meeting with Sagebiel and county attorney Eli Zabeth Jandt to work out details of the transaction Sagebiel said the Purchase of the lending Center will be discussed during the meeting of commission ers court set for 10 10 Mon Day and they also will schedule a workshop meeting to begin the pro Cess of assigning office space in the Shonto reacquired building in his March 8 letter faxed to Sagebiel Jones said we Are in receipt of your March letter and Are in agreement with the prop Osal for the Sale of the Abc Bank lending Center to the county As out lined therein i would appreciate the Opportunity to discuss documentation of this transaction with you and the county attorney at your earliest convenience please advise a time appropriate to your Jones said Sagebiel said late Friday morning that he had not yet been Able to con Fer with Jandt about setting up the meeting requested by Jones terms of the transaction Call for the county to pay for the lending Center which has More than Square feet of office space and is located on a tract containing 97 parking spaces the county also agreed to allow the Bank to use a 20by150foot strip behind its motor Bank in the parking lot of the Guadalupe Valley Guadalupe county voters will go to the polls tuesday to cast their ballots in Republican and democratic primary elections choosing the parties nominees for state and local offices from governor to county commissioner tolls will be open from 7 to 7 tuesday at 33 locations throughout the county although there Are 30 voting precincts or boxes in Guadalupe county three precincts have different polling places for each party Absentee voting for which the Early turnout fell below expectations ended with a surge of Las Day participants on Friday Guadalupe county elections administrator Mary Matthies said approximately 320 Absentee ballots were cast on Friday at her office in Seguin and another 69 were received at the Schertz housing authority we really had a lot of Matthies said for the
