bowling alley killing says case definitely not murder By Jason Auslander The New Mexican A 27yearold Kansas man acci dentally ran over Benjamin Suazo of Santa Fe last a fight in a bowling alley parking lot the mans lawyer said Tuesday This is definitely not a murder said Dan Marlowe attorney for Jason Furden If Suazo died from being run over it was a complete Marlowe said Furden did not know that Suazo who later died might have been run over until others in his sportutility vehicle informed him they thought that was what had hap pened At that point Furden freaks he said Furden the married father of a 2yearold boy is one of five doortodoor magazine subscription salesmen from the Midwest charged with murdering Suazo Police have said the incident early Thursday morning began in the parking lot of Silva Lanes when Suazo looked at or said something to the girlfriend of a salesmen who was not charged in the incident The man objected to Suazos behavior and three of his friends who were charged in the incident came out and started a fist fight with Suazo according to a police report The two groups eventually separated and got into their respec tive vehicles but at least some of the salesmen in Furdens car continued yelling at Suazo and taunting him the report states Suazo then drove up to the SUV and confronted the salesmen again according to the report This guys Marlowe
