Hollaway then threw his body through the Glass door and Bruner fired twice As Hollaway moved threateningly toward Bruner s wife Swanston said. A Short while earlier three break ins had been reported almost simultaneously on nearby la Saine Avenue. Residents said an intruder shoved his head through a closed bathroom window at one House and began Yelling the detective said. The Man smashed a fist through a window in the front door of a second House unlocked the door confronted a Lone woman entered her bedroom and then threw himself out a front window. A bedroom window was smashed at a third House but Hollaway did not enter. Instead he went into the Back Yard and disrobed before proceeding to the Bruner House. Police were in route to the Homes where the break ins occurred when they were diverted to Andasola Avenue on a report of shots fired. Bruner was waiting outside and took the officers into his living room where Hollaway s body was lying. Bruner was questioned and was not arrested.
