The City spends about $6,800 annually printing hard copies of the Agenda and supporting documents for Council members and City staffers. Instead of paper copies Council members will now get their agendas sent to an application on a Tablet. Council members who need to buy a Tablet can get up to $1,000 from the City to reimburse them for the Cost. Paper copies of the agendas will still be available for City staffers and the Public.
