He reported that the title was Correct and the report was accepted. The order was then made to the Dwyer estate $85,000 in Cash or Bonds and the ram pm Ann estate $25,000. The method of paying in Cash is offered As Well As in Bonds because the county judge says he has a buyer for the Bonds at 4 per cent Premium. If the vendors Are willing to accept Cash the county will make the 4 per cent profit on the Issue of $110,000. Bids for the new court House were then opened.
