Take off the cover and fry to a light brown, stirring often to havethe color uniform.How to Make Pork Calce.Here is a good recipe for pork cake: Five cupfuls of flour, two cupfuls of sugar, two cupfuls of molasses, one pound of fat salt pork, (chopped fine).one pound of citron, one pound of raisins, four eggs, three teaspoonfuls of baking powder, a little of all kinds of spices. This will make three or four loaves, according to the size of the tins.How to Make Apple CreTwo cups of thick apple sauce which has been sweetened and seasoned.
